But hang in there! You'll get laid off if you don't impress people with how nice you are.
- Increase your relation with one of the three communities up to 100 to get a recommendation of promotion.
- You'll get fired immediately if your relation with one community drops to 0
- You only have limited social energy. Use it wisely.
